I was floored by this guitar and I've owned some beauties over the years. I bought it to teach my young sons but it was so beautiful I had to buy another that they could scratch up a little.The amp was a huge surprise Solid as a rock and worth twice, no three times the money.

This was the third Esteban ordered and it was the worst for quality. Had to return the other two for same issue. Have had a very disappointed youngster, who insists on an Esteban. I have agreed to try one more time, so am hoping his new line that is supposed to be out in October has improved.

I bought this for my husband who wants to learn the guitar. He liked the guitar and amplifier, but found the lessons to be somewhat aggravating. As he got to the second DVD the lessons progressed too quickly and didn't explain notes, fingering and other subjects to his liking. He mainly wanted this package for the lessons so we decided to return it. We are thankful for HSN's return policy. This might be a good deal for people who can't afford a more expensive guitar package. He decided to order a different guitar and do the lessons a la carte.

Very nice guitar, this was an excellent value, I had been on the fence for a long time and finally decided to purchase. I am happy I did, the finish is flawless and the guitar sounds great. I would say that this is a very nice guitar for the price, some people have somewhat negative comments, I'd have to respond with what did you expect, your not buying a Fender or Gibson that would cost 2-3 times as much or more.

it is not as described. there is absolutely no mother of pearl in this guitar. the neck is not off white because of the natural color of the wood used, but because of the paint. and because of all the painting in this guitar, there are runs everywhere. i also did not recieve a chord chart. however, it sounds great and the dvds, although a little fastpaced and awkward, are helpful. i have yet to try the amp, but i would definitely reccomend this package to a thrifty guitar player.
